On first meeting Joyce Fernandes, it was obvious that she was the person to handle the sale of my condo. She was most knowledgeable, personable, professional, ready to respond to whatever my needs were. Ms. Fernandes recommended the date she thought we should put the condo on the market. Although I was unsure, I followed her advice. The condo sold in less than 2 months as there was essentially no competition at the time. There are not enough positive words to describe Ms. Fernandes and the manner in which she handles things. She was always available, always knew what was needed next and moved to implement whatever it was. She went miles beyond what anyone would expect a real estate agent to do. She buys into the client and takes on the property as if it were her own. Her negotiating skills are superb. Where do I start!? Post Covid (still feeling the affects of that crazy time) new schools, two kids (4 and 15 years old!), sports and just life!
